Pumice mine which is produced by the method of open mining from industrial importance deposits, is shipped to the factory with trucks for the production process of bimsblok. Size is reduced by convenient crushing system and converted into bimsblok aggregate at the factory. Bimsblok production system is completely equipped with a computer automated mechanized system that pumice aggregate collected at silos and cement is taken with water as an binder for mixing homogeneous in mixer.

The generated mixture is pressed into molds under high pressure and vibration. The pumice into the desired shape in the mold, places on cabins to form palet shapes. Bimsblocks are shipped to the stock field after reaching the desired resistance. Bimsblok taken in producing the materials, the amount of variables such as pressure and vibration are determined completely computer implemented.
